Polyeurope Foam Pigs are versatile, flexible which makes the Poly Foam Pig the ideal choice for the operator. Sizes range from 2” up to 100”, and they come in 3 different density’s, low, medium and high
They are made of lightweight polyurethane foam and can be coated with high strength polyurethane to make them more longer lasting. The Foam pigs can be fitted with nylon bristle, carbon or stainless steel wire brushes in several grades, and metal studs for heavy-duty pipeline cleaning.
All PolyEurope Poly Foam Pigs can be adapted to include gauge plates, transmitter, magnets, tow / pulling ropes, or manufactured to suit the customers requirements
All PolyEurope Bi-Directional steel bodied pigs are supplied with a polyurethane bumper nose at each end as standard. The full range of Bi-Directional pigs are available from 4” through to 14” with a single steel body bolt design and from 6” through 60” with a multi bolt design.
The standard design bi – di is supplied with two guiding discs and four sealing discs which are used for high performance sealing as well as drive discs. This design proves most successful in the removal of light deposits from pipe walls, for more cleaning ability extra brush discs can be added.
Other options include: magnets (for debris collection), gauge plates and transmitter / data logger housings or spider noses for flow bypass or jetting.
CDI have 5 different Traxall receiver models, they can detect and record pig passages in 3 different ways, the industry standard of 22hz for the 500/501 models, the frequency adjustable transmitters using the 620/700/770 models along with the underwater models they have and also magnetic detection using the AGM (above ground marker).
CDI have a wide variety of Transmitters for many different applications, they cover a wide range of depth and distance, utilizing the types of battery available, very small N Cell, medium C Cell, large D Cell. Along with these battery types they also supply High Pressure and ATEX versions.
Non-Intrusive pig signalers record the passage of pigs using the magnetic signal sent from the pig as it passes, this signal will be detected by the signaler and the operator will know the pig has passed. These are available in a ATEX version as well as a Subsea version.
